Dunno if this was shared yet, but they caught the moronic biker in TX who posted the video of himself lane splitting at >100mph. Good.

Meh. He would have been dead soon enough anyway way. The guy obviously wasn't very smart to begin with, then he took his stupid to Facebook.

I wish they would catch these idiot people in SUVs talking to their children/dogs/cell phones while doing 75 MPH wandering in and out of their lanes.

That's not lane-splitting so much as just weaving through traffic.

The latter. 30 days until the bike is wrecked or they're injured/dead.

Not enough people consider this as criminal or potentially dangerous. It pisses me off. I used to be more pro-active and lay on my horn whenever someone is on the phone, but I realized it could also be an emergency they are handling. So I just glare now.

Yeah, I don't really care if someone is just on the phone responsibly. For instance they are in the far right lane, traveling the speed of traffic, maintaining their lane, with a nice cushion in front of them... but that's not what 90% of people do. They talk on their phone, sitting in the middle or passing lane, speeding up and slowing down, weaving, and generally not paying attention.

Same thing with the ones yelling at their kids and swerving all over. Attention elsewhere other than the road is attention elsewhere. It doesn't matter if it's because of phone, kids, pets, food, radio, etc. Driving is job number one. It's very unlikely anything else you are dealing with has as high of a probability of resulting in death at that moment.

serious enough. i didn't make videos about it, but we'd drive around just to get a chase going. had to paint my bike twice to keep the game fun.
